Marc Sheridan - President

David Connelly - Senior Director

Marc Sheridan founded Sheridan Wealth Advisors in 1988, helping clients generate over $650,000,000 in additional wealth through value-added benefits and savings. He pioneered the US-trademarked Forensic Reviews of Life Insurance® process and expanded the company into broader consulting services as it grew, leading to the creation of Sheridan Solutions.

Sheridan Solutions now introduces MED Token™ for Healthcare, a first-to-market, patent-pending credit card processing solution that de-identifies patient data. MED Token™ improves hacking protection, eliminates processing costs, and ensures the highest HIPAA and CURES compliance standards.

Beth Kurensky - Senior Director

David Connelly is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a degree in communications and studied Lean Six Sigma management. He has been in the insurance and financial industry for over 10 years, specializing in high-level reviews, analysis, and sales.

He joined the Sheridan team in 2018 team and is a valuable member who performs a variety of critical functions, including digital marketing management, analysis in case design, the creation of Forensic Reviews, and helping to build long-term financial plans for clients.

Mark Eidelman is a seasoned business executive with a special interest in the non-profit sector. During his career, Mark has held senior leadership sales roles focusing on retail and partnering with major consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, such as Nature Made Vitamins, Conair, Broadway Enterprises, and Munchkin.

His entrepreneurial endeavors have included exporting US-branded products into overseas markets and facilitating the import of brands for US retail. Mark masterfully applies his years in business toward reaching incredible heights for his Sheridan Solution clients.

Beth Kurensky worked in Real Estate and Insurance for two decades before becoming a small business owner. Her breadth of business experience enables her to truly understand the needs of Sheridan Solutions’ clients. Beth is very results-oriented and has an excellent track record of helping clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Beth graduated Cum Laude from Miami University and has remained active in education. She has served as the President of school boards and has volunteered in numerous capacities throughout her children's K-12 years. Beth was also a member of UJA’s national young women’s cabinet and participated in numerous other philanthropic endeavors throughout her career.

Arnie Hiller has been in the executive search business for over 35 years. His two firms, U.S. Search and U.S. Search Legal, have successfully recruited talented professionals for some of the leading companies in the specialty chemicals and plastics industries and some of the nation’s top law firms.

Outside of his professional career, Arnie has served on the Executive Committee of the Jewish Federation of Washington, as President of the Gesher Jewish Day School and of Beth Sholom Congregation and Talmud Torah in Potomac, MD, and as Chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Region for Friends of the IDF.

Natalie Phon is passionate about streamlining client experiences and optimizing positive outcomes at Sheridan Solutions. Her bilingual skills in Spanish further improve her effective communication abilities.

Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and is a seasoned Registered Respiratory Therapist with years of experience in acute care. This background has enabled her to understand the importance of detail and showcases her success in adaptation.

Chelsea Sheridan is a dynamic professional with a strong background in healthcare and service industries. With a passion for improving patient privacy and security, she plays a key role at Sheridan Solutions, supporting the integration of MED Token™ for Healthcare — a cutting-edge solution for both provider and patient.

Chelsea graduated at the top of her class from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the National University of Natural Medicine, earning her bachelor's and master's degrees in healthcare.
